Villas Tikuch is an all-inclusive, resort-living community located just 5 kilometers (3 miles) from Valladolid, Yucatan, Mexico. We offer 10 spacious and furnished villas as well as healthy and delicious meals and beverages throughout the day, bi-monthly medical visits, a comprehensive wellness program, laundry service, a communal car and driver, room service, a vegetable garden with animals, grocery delivery to your door, and a variety of communal spaces and activities for $4,000 CAD/$2,800 USD/$49,000 MXN per person per month. Each additional person is $3,000 CAD/

Location

     We are located in the tranquil Mayan town of Tikuch, just 3 miles (5 kilometers) from Valladolid, a beautiful "Pueblo Mágico" known for its vibrant culture, colonial architecture, rich history, gastronomy, festivals, nearby natural wonders, expat community, and tranquil, welcoming atmosphere.​

Wellness Care

     Our comprehensive wellness program includes a medical assessment by a certified medical doctor, a nutritionist, our fitness and activities team, and our cooks to determine a personalized care and meal plan. We provide bi-monthly medical checkups, monthly nutritionist visits, catered meals aligned with your meal choices and health goals, weekly physical therapy, bi-weekly aquatic therapy in our pool, weekly psychologist sessions, bi-weekly poolside massages, and bi-weekly candlelight meditation.

Villas

     Villas accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and include a full kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, cookware, dining utensils, blender, coffee maker, water cooler), a digital keyless entry lock, 3-meter ceilings, a king-size bed with 100% cotton linens and pillows, an optional double or twin second bed, air conditioning and ceiling fans, a 50" Smart TV, a spacious wheelchair-accessible bathroom, blackout roll-down curtains, and a private terrace with an artisanal palapa, hammock, and outdoor furniture.

Community & Garden

     We believe that human interaction is vital to our overall well-being; therefore, our activities and fitness team, as well as our cooks, have prepared a calendar with activities that include dinners, bbq's, yoga and painting classes, gardening activities, card and board games, aquatic therapy, strength-training classes, and a monthly Fiesta de Noche Mexicana with salsa classes and mariachi. If you like gardening and being around plants and animals, you will really enjoy living here. We have more than 1,000 square meters of garden space, and we are getting ducks and chickens very soon. We also plan to make a greenhouse this year.

     We opened in 2024 as a hotel and long-term rental, now evolving (as of July 2026) into an
