Villas Tikuch is a new independent living community located just 5 kilometers from Valladolid, Yucatan, Mexico, surrounded by nature and close to cenotes and archaeological sites. It's the ideal place for those who enjoy gardening, a tropical climate, a pool, as well as for those seeking independence and privacy while still enjoying a community environment. Here you'll find a home with a variety of included services, including meals, cleaning, and laundry service. We know this isn't an easy decision, which is why we offer 1-month trial stays, so you can experience our villas before deciding to stay longer. Communal Areas

Communal areas include a living room, a dining room, a full kitchen next to the living room with a bar, a spacious pool, and a kitchen next to the pool with a bar. Soon we will add chickens and ducks to our 900 square meter/2,952 square foot garden.

Additional Services

Should a resident need additional support, we can share contacts and you find them. We are not responsible for hiring or arranging these services; it is the resident's or their family's responsibility to coordinate them directly. One advantage of living in a community is that when multiple residents need the same type of care, they can try to split the cost amongst themselves. Villas

We have 2 villa sizes, both at the same price. The medium villas are 44 square meters with an 11-square-meter terrace, while the large villa is 50 square meters with a 40-square-meter terrace. Both sizes include a king-size bed with sheets and pillows, private terraces equipped with hammocks, benches, tables and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove, cooking and dining utensils, blender, and coffee maker; the large villa also features an island stove with a bar. The villas have keyless digital entry locks with auto-lock, 3-meter-high ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a 50" smart TV, blackout roller shades, and a spacious wheelchair-accessible bathroom. We also have extra beds available, in case you need them.
