Villas Tikuch is a peaceful oasis with 6 spacious, fully furnished villas in Tikuch, Yucatan just 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) from Valladolid. We offer stays of 6 to 12 months for $14,000 MXN per month that includes electricity, water, gas, internet, and private parking. Our villas and common areas have been designed with the needs of seniors in mind, with handrails in the walkways, wheelchair accessibility, spaces to install grab bars in the bathrooms, and space for a second bed in case a live-in caregiver is needed. COMMUNAL AREAS
We have a variety of communal areas including a lobby, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen next to the lobby, a pool with over 100,000 gallons of water and two shaded areas with palapas, an outdoor kitchen next to the pool, an orchard with fruit trees (mango, mamey, soursop, lemon, orange, papaya, tangerine, banana, avocado, guava), an outdoor gym, an outdoor shower, a terrace above the lobby, and a chicken coop.
THE VILLAS
The villas are very comfortable and are fully equipped and ready to move in. They have digital locks that allow keyless entry, 3-meter high ceilings, king-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a private terrace with a handcrafted palapa. The kitchens are equipped with a gas oven and stove, refrigerator, bottle cooler and warmer, coffee maker, and cooking and eating utensils.
