Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, television, king-size bed and private bathroom. Just minutes away is Valladolid, a beautiful Pueblo Mágico full of culture, events and great food, along with a wide variety of cenotes and archaeological sites. We offer two monthly rental options: for one-year stays, $805 CAD ($10,000 MXN) for medium villas and $970 CAD ($12,000 MXN) for large villas; for stays of less than one year, $1,210 CAD ($15,000 MXN) for medium villas and $1,370 CAD ($17,000 MXN) for large villas, with housekeeping and laundry included. With both options, electricity, gas, water, fast Starlink internet and maintenance are already included in the price, so you can forget about bills, paperwork and end-of-month surprises. And if you would rather not cook, a woman from the village of Tikuch can prepare your meals in your villa or in either of our two shared kitchens; this is an optional service arranged and paid for directly with her.
