We offer a variety of communal areas, including a lobby, living room, dining area, and a kitchen adjacent to the lobby. Enjoy our 100,000-gallon swimming pool, which features two shaded areas, as well as an outdoor kitchen beside the pool. The grounds also include fruit trees, an outdoor shower, and a spacious garden with pathways in the back, covering over 1,000 square meters.
THE VILLAS
Medium Villas
The five Medium Villas feature a king-size bed, digital locks, air conditioning, a spacious bedroom and kitchen, and a large bathroom measuring 2 x 4 meters, a gas oven and stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, ceiling fans, curtains, and blackout roller shades in the bedrooms, hammock hooks, cooking and dining utensils, a terrace with a handcrafted palapa, a wooden bench, and a colonial table with four chairs.
Large Villas
In mid-December 2024, we will complete the construction of the four Large Villas. The Large Villas will have a king-size bed, digital locks that will allow seamless keyless entry, air conditioning, a large bedroom, kitchen, a spacious bathroom measuring 2 x 4.5 meters, a refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, ceiling fans, blackout roller shades, hammock hooks, and cooking and dining utensils. Some of the standout features of the Large Villas include their generous terraces measuring 3 x 12 meters, which will span the entire front of the villas, and islands in the kitchens, equipped with stainless steel five-burner gas stoves that will also serve as breakfast bars.
Pricing
Medium Villas: $14,000 MXN per month.
Large Villas: $17,000 MXN per month.
Pricing includes water, gas, electricity, Starlink high-speed internet, parking, maintenance, and access to communal areas.
